Christmas Eve at Sentosa, at Buangkok, at Skythe's

Hi there everyone out there! I haven't been posting for quite some time, as i've lent my laptop to another. (Sacrifar, i noe u guys would think it's just an excuse). lol.

I've met up with my colleagues at Sentosa at 10 am in Vivo City. Aloysius, Xiong bo, and I was there first. The rest (Dilong, Cai Feng, Carina and Tomas) turned up around 11 am. (I noe u guys would think it's a miracle tat i was punctual). Had loads of fun. This was how it went:

We ate breakfast at food republic(not SubWay), took the train over to Sentosa, bought a Volleyball and a poly-vinylchloride(PVC) ball which sums up to $29 originally. Damn exp rite? Went to the beach via a bridge and tat's where we're based, for a fun day ahead. Only Aloysius was prepared to get wet, as the other guys had not prepared an extra set of clothings, girls can't get wet as they were... Er-hem, inconvenient. lol. Tomas was allergic to sea water =.=

But guess wat? Exluding those with medical reasons and inconveniences, the rest ended up in the water. Quite expected, cos we were irrational tat day, everyone was so high. hahas. Towards the end of the day, we took photos with each other, which will be placed on this post when i get them. Went to KFC (once again, it's not SubWay) at harbourfront centre. lol.

I was tired from the day of fun, and went home to catch some sleep before meeting Skythe and Julian. When we met up at Skythe's house, slacked and went to Buangkok for supper. We went to the playground behind the coffeshop, and it brought back loads of memories. The setting was exactly like that of the past, when our team had covered that area. It reminded me of how we got close in the first place. Images of her kept flashing in my mind. Just when i was getting emotional, smth unexpected happened. Skythe had kicked into a railing of some sort at the playground, which open up his wound. Blood oozed out of his foot (unsightly), and he felt fainty. Julian and I was taken aback and was unsure of wat to do next.

Eventually, he got better and we walked backed to his house. I fell asleep, and tat pretty much ended our day. =)

Btw, I've anticipated tat u guys (Sacrifar) are gonna shoot me regarding some stuff through the tag board. Thus, the brackets are included. =)

Eve of the Christmas Eve

Wow, time really flew by quite fast.. Its the Eve of Christmas Eve now! but then again, members of Sacrifar is having their own commitments outside of the band for the next 2 days.
But we planned to meet up on this coming friday!(still planning for it though)

• Sacrifar members havent been meeting up for gatherings for around 1 week+ But hope we'll have fun for the upcoming meetup.
  

• New songs for jamming is still undergoing some selections. 

Anyway, Christmas is arriving! hope everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest!(I hope i can enjoy myself on that day at my homely camp) and same goes for the upcoming NEW YEAR!
Btw This is just a short post from me. 

Nevertheless, I still wished everyone will have a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our Band's First Month!

A blink of an eye, one month has past! This was what happened on 131208 (Saturday)...

We planned to meet at kovan at 2. Coincidentally, i met JuLian on the way there on bus 119. Then met Skythe and YY at the MRT platform. As usual, my bro, Ethan was late. AGAIN! =P

Went to the nearby Kopitiam for lunch, as recommended by Skythe and Ethan. After lunch, arcade time! Skythe started off by playing the drums. Ethan played next. I went to play the machine with the red, blue and green buttons (no idea what's that called), along with JuLian. Then there's this kid who came and ask if he could play. Without any approval, he just took over and played, how rude!

What's worst is he went over to ask others too. So all of five of us decided to teach him a lesson by staring at him when he was playing his game. The look on his face was o.0 .

After that, played Daytona and headed back to CP for dinner. And guess what? Subway again! It'll be good if there's a membership card, cos we are having it so often! Went to Skythe's hse to play mahjong. YY, JuLian, Ethan and I played while Skythe maple-ed. Two rounds of mahjong and looking at the time, we decided to pack up. Then... Home Sweet Home!

Julian's Music Performance

I went for Julian’s school concert on 6th Dec 08. I was the only one who turn up as the rest of the Sacrifar’s members were not free. We met quite early in the morning as the performance starts at 9. Due to the first two person were late, Julian was asked to perform first. =x

I'm in a shocked as i didn't expect myself to be the first performer standing on the stage. Actually to be frank, If i'm able to recall, this would be my first time performing on the stage. Quite nervous actually.

Practically every single person made mistake during their performance. To my surprise, Julian did not play anything wrong but the tempo is kind of off sometime. Not bad for someone who actually learned keyboard for two months nia. (actually lesser) Everyone give him a round of applause. *clap clap clap*

Yes, my tempo was off, as my poor little keyboard at home isnt capable of training up my tempo. Gotta blame myself for not practising the piece long enough. After everything, including all those trophies awarding ceremony, I took some pictures there b4 we left the place for lunch. Below r some of the photos that i took with my fren, Shu hua's camera.

After which, we went to have Subway for lunch. Yes…… SUBWAY again~ if there’s VIP card for it, I definitely will have one by now. Then, he, me , julian, skythe, hong quan and jin yi went to his house to play game. After that, I went home to practice for my evening drum lesson. As usual, got ppl come and ask me for directions. Three times in a row sia~ How “lucky” can I get? That’s about all for that day~

First day at Malaysia

Hey there! It's me again. Surprisingly, there's Internet connection here! Just came back from GIANT. Bought daily necessities, snacks and lunch. Heard that there will be a mini party at my uncle's hse later. Looking forward =)

Before that was a looooong bumpy ride to this place, Sitiawan. Which was followed by a refreshing breakfast at the near by food stall. It operates at 6 plus in the morning, that's so so so early! But what's more shocking is that there were already customers before we stepped in!Their morning sure starts early! On the walk back to the place to get our luggages, we discovered something. They had Roosters as their natural alarm clock! Battery-free, cost-effective alarm that doesn't have to be set and won't be damaged easily, how cool is that!

We then travelled some distance to this place i'm currently in. Unexpectedly, it changed quite a lot. There's an additional toilet, room, gate and stray dogs! It's rather clean for a countryside. =)

JuLian's Performance on 061208

JuLian, may the Lord show u favour in the upcoming performance, and i pray in faith that everything would turn out smoothly.

The performance by JuLian would be the first among all of SacrifaR, and hope that he would grow musically after going through this performance, and could advise the band on stage performances. It is deeply regretted that most of us couldn't turn up for the performance. But JuLian, noe that SacrifaR is always by ur side, and we're all rooting u on. Go shine and do SacrifaR proud! =)

JuLian is really going through turmoils in his life, but, stay focused on wat u're doing. Dun let ur emotions get the better of u, and hinder ur success. Jux like me, gotta move on. I would not have won my National Taekwondo Championships if i hadn't pick myself up from emotional stress. Of course, the Lord takes credit for all these. Rmb, He is ur Blesser, and wants to put u on higher ground. Stay Faithful!

Encouragement given to JuLian would be deeply appreciated by SacrifaR. =)

The day at Skythe's hse

Hey people! This is my very first post in this blog! Going off to Malaysia soon. As said by JuLian, Ethan and I will be back on 091208. Oh my, it's been long since we visited our relatives at Malaysia. I wonder how much the place has changed! Really looking forward to be there, but the long bus ride killed most of the excitement. Nevertheless, i guess i'll be having a great time there. If there's internet connection there, it'll be double the greatness as i'll be bringing my laptop. =)

Despite the fun, it's a pity as we will be absent for JuLian's performance on 061208. But he will definitely do Sacrifar proud! All the best!

Sacrifar's Busy Period #1

And yes! Julian is here to make a post today! There's nothing as interesting as the content posted by Ethan below for what i'm going to post today. So today i'll jus do a quick updates on the movements of Sacrifar for this coming 2 weeks?

Sadly speaking, there won't be any jamming session this week as Ethan and Jerilyne is flying overseas(well.. they're riding bus lol) to malaysia to attend their relatives' wedding over there, so they wont be back anytime soon untill coming tuesday (091208).

Skythe will be busying with his drum lesson, maple and YY for this coming weekend. Oh ya, he'll be attending my keyboard performance on this coming sat.. 

YY will be attending a fren's bday outing on this coming sat and as well as to continue touring around Singapore more with Skythe.

Whereas for me, i'll be rushing my freelance work, maple, practicing on my coming keyboard performance and as well as my ANOTHER free lance job on this coming sunday. Guess i'll be dead tired on sunday. Currently i hav no plans on monday. 

Sacrifar will most likely organising a jamming session next week.

Blessed after Misfortunes

Hi all, it's me again. hahas. This post is circling around me, so if u're not interested, u could close ur web browser right abt NOW. Okays, anw, i'm gonna be talking about ups and downs i've been through recently.

Monetary: I've lost my phone, as u all would noe from the previous post(down).I was 2 sales away from hitting my 10 sales bonus, and it was the last day of work. I walked in various blocks till 9 pm, but got no sales at all(meaning tat i was still 2 sales short). I said my prayer, and went to 200A(sara's block) and got 2 sales from 3 untis i approached. I am really blessed by the Lord(up).

Relationship: I thought back, thinking whether i should be happy or not( i still loved sara despite her leaving me for another). I was confused(down). Den, a girl named Cai Feng came into the picture and added colors to my life. She's a jovial, bubbly girl, the type of girl whom i'd never fell for. She had one thing that captivated me(her purity). I noe where i should be heading towards even when nth's being confirmed yet(up).

Praise the Lord for showing me favour, and blessing me with finances and health, and in my love life.

That's all for now. Happy times like this should last forever. =) LoL.

Skythe and YY together

Skythe had been together with YY for awhile, but it was until recently that dey told us abt it. It's kindda expected, yet unexpected. Their intimacy would convince us that they were going to be together, satisfying the expected part. However, time was an opposing factor (too soon), satisfying the unexpected part. LoL.

For those hu hadn't noe abt this GOOD news, u are now informed, and could extend ur congratulations to this 2 loving couples. =)
(sounds as if they were getting married) hahas.

Our band is really coming together as the days past. Everyone's skill of manipulating their instruments are increasing gradually. Yeah! The next Jamming Session would be a more fulfilling one.

Our current song we've completed is Nobody's Home by Avril Lavigne. Next would be 离开地球表面 by 五月天. Hopefully we could complete this song by the next Jamming Session.

Anw, the band has had its ups and downs for each individual, with the exception of the 2 love birds. LoL. hmmm. Shall update the rest of the portion abt each of us individually.
